When a member attends an addiction or rehabilitation facility, a change in reason for treatment OR a break of at least 6 months since their last stay is necessary to restart the grant process at the 1st Month of hospitalization. Please note, if a member is in an addictions or rehabilitation facility, the first two months are $5 per day and the third month is $0.
The only receipt required for the reimbursement process is the parking receipt.
Parking may only be reimbursed for days the member is hospitalized.
